Vision Benefits St. John's Mercy offers a choice of vision plans through Premier Benefits to help you manage the cost of vision care for you and your family. Your Options Your have the following options: Premier Basic Premier Premium No Coverage Premier Basic Option The Basic Option pays a fixed amount for eye exams and services. Any charges over the limit are not covered. Since you receive a lower lever of coverage, you pay a lower premium. Premier Premium Option This option will pay 80% of charges for eye exams, lenses and frames up to a $350 annual maximum per person. Since you receive a higher level of coverage, you pay a higher premium. Comparing Your Vision Options This option will pay 80% of charges for eye exams, lenses and frames up to a $350 annual maximum per person.
